What is checked during a Lexus inspection?

But most importantly, the inspection itself and customer service offered by Jean, the inspector/mechanic has been second to none. He worked hard performing a thorough inspection (in the morning heat!) on the car at my location, and explained his findings to me directly afterwards so that I understood the condition of the car, the work required and what was important/urgent and what was not.
The report he then sent through contained a summary of what he told me. He called me later that afternoon to provide his estimate of fair market value.
Over a month later, after having a poor experience at a garage, I recontacted Jean for a second opinion. He remembered me and the car and gave me not only his time, but very authentic, genuine and wise advice on how to proceed.
